"I can't say enough to promote riders to visit Planet UHY. This is my second testimonial following my most recent experiences at the store. Each time I buy a motorcycle, Tom and his dealership continue to best the time previous with their level of service and attention to detail. Tom himself, Ed and the sales team at the store make the purchase of a new bike fun and always welcome me and say hello when I visit for service and/or parts. Likewise, Niko's team, Mike Reegan, Mike Lee and Frank, are always there to provide professional service and authoritive counsel, new bike or not. They indeed rule. Likewise, Sara (Parts Manager Extraordinaire and Head Sane Person ... along w/ Anne) Frog, Carol, Nick and Sam go out of their way to help when I peel through the catalogs for the associated binge of accessory purchases required with a new purchase or to replace worn gear on an established ride. (And they were there to help prior when I was only pawing through their merchandise.) Hell, even Monkey (4-Legged Team Mascot @ UHY) helps out! Look, I'm a time-consuming pest of a customer and that has never phased how they have treated me over the 15+ years I've been bugging them. Give these guys a try!

"New 06 Vino 125. Great service, great scooter. The only thing I would change is that when the sales says there is a one year warranty and an additional five year YES warranty, I thought it meant six years of coverage not five. This should be made clear as to why it's not six before signing up with the extended warranty. Otherwise, you guys/gals are great. Love the scooter, my gear. "
